Thanks for your question. Eyelash extensions are applied individually to your existing eyelashes. We lose our eyelashes (not all at the same time!) about every three weeks on average. Of course everyone is different, but most people seem to be able to go at least 2 to 3 weeks before they need a fill-in, and some go as long as 5 weeks.
